MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO MAKING 1,721 INDECENT IMAGES OF A CHILD
A Polish National appeared this morning at Llanelli Law Courts (December 13) where he was accused of producing a total of 1,721 indecent images of children.
The charges put forward to the male were that he made 294 Category A indecent images of a child, 432 Category B indecent images of a child as well as 995 Category C indecent images of a child.
The alleged offences were said to have taken place between the 3rd of December 2015 to the 11th of October 2017 at Cross Hands.
Tomasz Modlinski, age 28 of Llandeilo Road in Cross Hands pleaded guilty to all three allegations put forward to him before District Judge Christopher James.
District Judge Christopher James stated that due to the seriousness of the offences, they were indictable only and beyond his sentencing powers. Modlinski was granted unconditional bail and committed to Swansea Crown Court on January the 4th of 2019 where he will be sentenced.
