Llanelli Coast parkrun results for Event number 110
26th January 2019
This week 164 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 16 were first timers and 27 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 11 different clubs took part.

The male record is held by Dewi GRIFFITHS who recorded a time of 14:12 on 17th November 2018 (event number 100).
The female record is held by Caryl JONES who recorded a time of 17:24 on 24th November 2018 (event number 101).
The Age Grade course record is held by Dewi GRIFFITHS who recorded 90.85% (14:12) on 17th November 2018 (event number 100).
Llanelli Coast parkrun started on 19th November 2016. Since then 3,280 participants have completed 15,610 parkruns covering a total distance of 78,050 km, including 3,544 new Personal Bests. A total of 246 individuals have volunteered 1,979 times.
