An NSPCC Cymru/Wales spokesperson said spoken up about child sex offender David Hayes, who was arrested in Spain: “Hayes carried out despicable and horrific assaults on his young victims whose suffering can only have been increased by the knowledge that he remained free.
“He finally faces justice for his appalling actions and the survivors of his abuse must be commended for their bravery in speaking out.
“It is vital that they now receive help and support to overcome the trauma they have gone through as they continue to rebuild their lives.”
