Carmarthenshire roads policing officers investigating the fatal road traffic collision that happened just before 9am on the B4317 at Carway, on Monday 11th of November 2013, are looking to trace a car seen in the area at the time.
“I’m appealing to the driver or owner of a car described as a dark red or maroon coloured saloon type similar to a Rover,” said Sergeant Ian Price of the roads policing unit. “It was seen to have driven past the scene towards Pontyates within moments after the collision happened.
“It is believed the car may be local to this part of the Gwendraeth Valley and I am keen to establish whether the driver may have information that could assist the enquiry.
