Behave or Be Banned schemes are operating in towns and villages across the force area this Christmas and anyone behaving anti-socially or criminally can expect to be shown the door early on.
Hotels, bars and clubs will be working with officers to ensure that the night time economy across the force runs smoothly and safely.
“Unfortunately, there are a minority of people who spoil it for the majority,” said Inspector Alun Samuel. “The Bobb scheme aims to restore the balance by immediately banning the offenders.
“And once you’re banned from one establishment, you can expect to be banned from all those signed up to the scheme.
“Officers will be linking in with licensees on all key evenings during the festive period to make sure things go well, but those who are causing a menace can expect to be dealt with quickly.
“Our message is clear – enjoy yourselves this Christmas but do so sensibly, safely and with consideration for others.”
