Dyfed-Powys Police is urging jewellers to be on alert following a suspicious incident at a store in Ceredigion yesterday (March 21).

Two women and a man entered a jewellers and asked for several valuable items from different cabinets over half an hour.

Staff became suspicious and asked them not to touch any further items. At this point, the three people left the shop.

Police are now urging jewellers to be on alert for suspicious behaviour and distraction techniques.
