“At 10:10am on Saturday 19th of April Police Dyfed Powys Police were called to a road traffic collision on the B4297 on the approach to the village of Llanedi near Forest, Carmarthenshire.
Three vehicles were involved in the collision, a blue Suzuki GSX motorcycle, a Maroon Fiat Scudo van and a black Suzuki GSXR motorcycle.
The 48year old male rider of the blue Suzuki sustained serious injuries and despite early medical intervention died later at Morriston Hospital. His family have been notified and the coroner will be informed.
The rider of the black Suzuki GLX motorcycle sustained minor injuries and did not require hospital treatment.
The driver of the maroon van was treated for shock at the scene by paramedics.
Dyfed Powys Roads Policing unit are appealing for information from anyone who was traveling this road at the time to contact Dyfed Powys Police on 101 quoting incident number 111 of 19th of April.”
