Commenting on the announcement that Maria Battle has been appointed Chair of Hywel Dda Health Board, Eluned Morgan AM said:
“Maria is very talented leader and I am pleased that we have attracted someone with Maria’s experience and skillset to this role in west Wales. I look forward to meeting with her when she takes up the position formally later this summer as Hywel Dda Health Board continues to meet the challenges of delivering patient care across our rural and coastal communities. I’ll be happy to share the experiences of local patients with her and to outline the determination of the Welsh Government to provide excellent health services for the people of Wales.”
