Llanelli Music Scene are proud to be bringing the powerful female fronted band Hunters Grace to Llanelli for the first time on Friday 13th of June. The Band will open up the Llanelli Music Scene Metal Night at the Masons Arms playing alongside headline band Fall of Cronus. Despite being a relatively new band Hunters Grace are rapidly proving themselves as a quality band and they have already obtained a place in the grand final of the Metal to the Masses competition to win a stage slot at the Bloodstock Festival which takes place later this year.
Guitarist Steve kindly took some time out to answer some questions about the band, ahead of the Friday 13th gig at the Masons.

What are your musical influences?
Well, there are quite a few, but our biggest influences would have to be Evanescence, Straightline Stitch, Tool, System of a down, Killswitch Engage, Lacuna Coil and Flyleaf.
What plans have Hunters Grace got for the rest of 2014 ?
We are working on writing new material and creating a full album of 12 or so songs. We would like to play as many gigs as possible and produce some music video’s for our own songs.
Are there any messages you are trying to get across in the music?
Female fronted bands like us can rock as hard and heavy as any other male fronted metal band.
What can people who come out to see you at the Masons Arms Llanelli on Friday 13th June expect ?
Heavy, melodic metal with explosive female vocals!
Where can people who want to know more about Hunters Grace find out about you?
Facebook, soundcloud, youtube and sometimes twitter.
Why did you choose to play Llanelli ?
This is our first gig in Llanelli, we chose to play here because it’s a different audience and a new place to help our band grow.
