Elderly pedestrian hospitalised after motorbike collision, Llanybydder

Dyfed-Powys Police is appealing for information about a serious Llanybydder road traffic collision involving a motorbike and a pedestrian, on Monday, September 9.

An elderly man was crossing Lampeter Road, near the Post Office, at approximately 3.30pm, when he was struck by a black Royal Enfield Bullet motorcycle. He suffered a broken leg and remains in hospital. The bike was travelling towards Llanybydder Square at the time. The rider will we interviewed in due course.

Anyone who witnessed the collision, or saw the bike around that time, is urged to contact PC 751 Williams at Cardigan Police Station.
