The family of a man who died following a workplace incident last week have paid tribute to him.
Adam Llewellyn, from Bridgend, died following an incident involving a quad bike on the grounds of Eglwys Nunudd Reservoir, Margam, on Thursday, September 5.
The 41-year-old’s family said: “Adam was an honest, loyal and hardworking husband, father and son.
“A giant to his children, generous with his time and always giving to others. He held a huge sense of pride in all that he and his family achieved.
“He was very well respected in both the farming and local community and the sense of loss felt by all those who knew him is a testament to Adam’s love for his work and dedication to providing for his family.
“We are understandably devastated by what has happened and would like to thank everyone for the overwhelming support, strength and kindness shown to our family at this sad time.”
A joint investigation by South Wales Police and the Health and Safety Executive in to the circumstances of the incident is ongoing.
