The Action Plan! are a four piece powerpop-punk band, formed 3 years ago as a group of friends on a mission to start a career in music.
The Action Plan! go for an anthemic, catchy and completely relative sound and lyric writing when approaching their song writing, although the songs will reflect on current situations of their lives, almost any listener would be able to relate to the material. Their major influences range from pop-punk (such as Blink 182 and All Time Low), Easycore (Four Year Strong and Set Your Goals), it even stretches as far as metal and hardcore.
Their gigs range from the UK’s biggest student festival (Beach Break Live) to supporting one of the Reading 2009 mainstage artists (Sonic Boom Six). Whilst stretching out as far as Liverpool, there is definitely no lack of experience on behalf of this band and they will be going around the UK and beyond!
The Action Plan!’s long term goals are to get their music across as far as they can and to be within the music industry working, writing and releasing as much music as they can and playing as many shows to as many people as they can.
