Dec 03 – Kidwelly Quay – Meet 10am at Kidwelly Quay car park
Dec 11 – New date for Xmas party for those who have booked
Dec 14 – Pwll Ponds – Meet 10am in the Pwll Pavilion Cafe car park
Dec 17 – Lliw Valley Reservoir – Meet 10am in the Reservoir Car Park
Dec 28 – Sandy Water Park – Meet 10am at the Selwyn Samuel Centre

Feed a family this Christmas day

Last year I helped this project put together hampers for about 20 families, we aimed to give to 10 families so were pleased with the donations. This year we want to help more families have food over Christmas. If you can donate any of the items below we would be very grateful. Donations can be given to me on walks or taken to our office in Marsh St, Llanelli. Trixie x

We’re pledging to help feed a family this Christmas day as part of CETMA’s Food Surplus project.

So we’re taking collections of the following:
Sugar, tea, coffee etc
Tins of soups.
Petit pan baguettes
Tin potatoes
Tin carrots
Tin peas
Tin sweetcorn
Tin green beans
Fray Bentos or similar pies
Stuffing
Gravy granules
Yorkshire pudding mix
Christmas pudding/mince pies
Chocolate sponge
Tins or cartons of custard
Chocolates, biscuits or sweets.

Vegan diets
B12 fortified soy milk,
Fortified nutritional yeast
Fortified cereal, etc.
Tins Vegetable soups
Tin curries and chilis
Nuts and dried figs
Rapeseed oil, walnuts and ground flaxseed
Seaweed

All food must be in date to at least end of January 2020, be unopened, in good condition and not tampered with.
