The fabulous Ursine Princes returned to the Kilkenny Cat on Saturday 4th October for a night of rock n roll. The band played to a busy crowd superbly performing their own original tunes as well as some classic cover songs including Led Zepplin tracks.

The band certainly lifted the atmosphere to a positive place with their lively and upbeat sound and the pub was already bouncing by the time I arrived there and Ursine Princes were already well into their set.

Here’s what a few people who watched the band had to say….

‘The band is absolutely awesome. Their own stuff is incredible. Not only do they look good, they sound good and they please everyone with their music!’ H (Helen Cousins)

‘They were brilliant.’  Jeff

‘They were polished and did big songs that a lot of bands wouldn’t have the confidence to attempt.’  Andy Jones.
