As part of the Big Lottery funded ‘Try Something New’ project,  Alzheimer’s Society – South Wales are offering people with dementia and their carers in Llanelli the chance to have a go at the dance fitness programme, Zumba.

Participants can come along to the next session on Tuesday 21 October and enjoy a lovely social atmosphere whilst being active and getting fit. Please be aware this will be a physical activity, but it will be tailored to the group.

The sessions, which run for another four weeks, take place fortnightly on a Tuesday between 1.30-2.30pm at Robert Davies Health and Fitness Centre, Dafen Industrial Estate, Llanelli, SA14 8QW.
