Dear Customer,

We know you’ll have seen a lot of updates like this in the last couple of weeks, but I wanted to share a note on behalf of the team at Iceland Foods.

We’re monitoring Covid-19 closely, we’re speaking with the Government daily and with other retailers to ensure we can continue to deliver for our customers.

We assume you are shopping in an appropriate way for the needs of your family and considering other customers when selecting products in our stores, and we would ask you to be considerate towards our colleagues. Please understand that they are working around the clock at the moment along with our supply chain colleagues behind the scenes, in circumstances which are unpredictable and challenging. We ask you to act with kindness and respect as they ensure as many people as possible have access to the food they need.

As ever, Iceland remains committed to supporting the communities it serves and we are doing all we can to get as much stock as possible into stores and maintain our online and home delivery services. We have dedicated the first two hours of trading to the elderly and vulnerable tomorrow and expect the majority of our stores to support this.

The reality is that we may need to continue to be flexible across our in-store and, online and home delivery services to support those most in need. We will keep you updated on any changes and as ever, thank you for your valued custom and support.

Tarsem Dhaliwal

CEO, Iceland
