Update from Hywel Dda University Health Board:

Thank you to everyone for supporting our visitor restrictions to protect our patients and our NHS. We have now moved to restricting visitors to all our wards. The only exceptions to this arrangement are:

  • One parent/guardian at a time to visit their child
  • For birthing mothers – only one birthing partner
  • Patients considered to be at the end of life or receiving palliative care.Visits must be pre-planned and agreed with the sister/charge nurse.

We know this is a very distressing time and it will be upsetting to not be able to visit your loved ones. Our Patient Support Team are able to help to deliver essential items to patients from their family; if you need their assistance please call them on and 0300 0200 159 and they will do their best to help you.

Our Chaplaincy Service are also on hand to provide spiritual support to our staff and patients at this difficult time.

Diolch i bawb am gefnogi ein cyfyngiadau ymwelwyr i amddiffyn ein cleifion a’n GIG. Rydym bellach wedi symud i gyfyngu ymwelwyr i’n holl wardiau.

Yr unig eithriadau i’r trefniant hwn yw:

  • Un rhiant / gwarcheidwad ar y tro i ymweld â’u plentyn
    • Ar gyfer mamau beichiog – dim ond un partner geni
    • Cleifion yr ystyrir eu bod ar ddiwedd oes neu’n derbyn gofal lliniarol.Rhaid i ymweliadau gael eu trefnu ymlaen llaw a’u cytuno gyda’r PBrif Nyrs / Nyrs â gofal.

Rydyn ni’n gwybod bod hwn yn amser anodd iawn a bydd yn ofidus i beidio â gallu ymweld â’ch anwyliaid. Gall ein Tîm Cymorth i Gleifion helpu i ddosbarthu eitemau hanfodol i gleifion gan eu teulu; os oes angen eu cymorth arnoch, ffoniwch nhw ar a 0300 0200 159 a byddant yn gwneud eu gorau i’ch helpu chi.

Mae ein Gwasanaeth Caplaniaeth hefyd wrth law i ddarparu cefnogaeth ysbrydol i’n staff a’n cleifion ar yr adeg anodd yma.
