Amman Valley Maker Space NHS project update.

We’re now up to 34 print farms across Wales! These are all makers producing shields for frontline staff in their own homes, offices and workplaces. Every single one of them is an absolute legend! In addition there’s another 6 farms waiting to come on line with us 👌

The Golden Shield:

Every single one of our frontline staff, from care staff to consultants, surgeons to nurses, are all heroes. Nothing we can do can ever repay them for what they’re all doing for us right now. Trying to find “the best” would be like trying to find the diamond in a mountain of diamonds.

So… to lighten someone’s day… we want to hear about a frontline staff member that’s shown an ability to make their colleagues smile at this difficult time. Made a difficult day a little easier for fellow staff.

Tag them below and give a shout out as to how they made your day brighter. We’ll then random select 5 to receive “Golden Shields” as a gift from us to them. 😁👌

I’m also going to arrange an art competition for children of frontline staff… see the comments section to a link to this post 😁👍

At the minute there’s printers running hot producing as many shields as we can. Meanwhile there’s others taking on new challenges and design work to solve supply issues and help support our critical medical and care staff. We won’t stop and we promise to keep going with you until this difficult time is over. We love you all and can’t say thank you enough.

Hope to have some really positive updates for you soon! 🤞

I hope you’re all safe and well… and looking forward to sharing progress with you!
