Scarlets and Wales fullback Liam Williams has apologised for any offence caused by a fancy dress outfit worn yesterday, Saturday 20th December.
In a statement posted on Williams’ personal Twitter account he said: “I’m very sorry for any offence caused by my actions. I’m not a racist and there was no malice behind it.”
