After years in and out of the waste basket, Warner Brothers have finally given the go ahead for a Justice League film. This will be a two part movie and I say it’s the right way to go, unlike what Marvel did with the X-Men trilogy… especially with the third one. They never really dived in with the characters and their backgrounds and what have you. With the new JLA movie on the way, I can presume they’ll do just that.

Now I must inform that what I’m telling you is just hearsay, but I can say for a fact, that Henry Cavill will be returning for the roll of earth’s greatest saviour Superman, as he will be for

Batman vs Superman… I can’t wait. It’s going to be awesome!

Among the JLA cast will be…

Ben Affleck – as Batman (Bruce Wayne)

Jason Momoa – as Aquaman (Arthur Curry)

Gal Gadot – as Wonder Woman (Diana Prince)

Ray Fisher – as Cyborg (Victor Stone) and

Amy Adams (Lois Lane) for a return.

It is rumoured that Green Lantern will not appear in the 2017s Justice League movie, as Zack Snyder plans to use him as a darker 45 to 55 year old broken soldier. So no, he will not be in the movie but he may possibly be in part 2 for 2019 with a Green Lantern reboot for 2020. Still unclear who will be playing the role.

Now as to who will be playing the villain of the story is still a little sketchy, but it is looking like that it may be Brainiac. A Kryptonian super-computer gone bad. It’s also said that there may be an appearance from Darksied or Doomsday. But as doomsday was portrayed as a mindless hateful creature form the planet Krypton, hellbent on nothing but destruction… I see that as unlikely. I suppose Darksied may make a good story for the film but considering that he is the darkest villain in DC history… no pun intended. Even above Lex Luthor, I would save him for the final film. Who will it be? As to what will happen in JLA part 2, I don’t know. But I know it’ll be out of this world.
