The A40 Trunk Road will be closed between Llanwrda and Llandovery on Sunday, March 1, between 8am and 4pm.
Traffic will be diverted from Ashfield roundabout and up the A4069 through Llangadog North bound.
It will be closed from the railway crossing and diverted onto the A4069 on the junction with the A40 South bound.
