Llanelli based social enterprise and media company Red Brand Media is pleased to announce that it is launching its Mind, Body and Soul (MBS) magazine supplement as an e-Magazine.

MBS is currently featured in the Llanelli Standard community newspaper, and focuses on mental health and general wellbeing. Now, thanks to the Community Foundation in Wales and their Coronavirus Resilience Fund, MBS will be available monthly as an e-Magazine.

Denise Kingsley-Jones, Editor of MBS said:

“We’d like to thank the Wales Coronavirus Resilience Fund for giving us the opportunity help our readers with their wellbeing and mental health problems.

“We are on a mission to deliver a mini magazine, online each month to help our community during this unprecedented time.

“We hope to inspire readers with positive healing stories, alternative and complimentary therapies and healthy tips, and break the stigma surrounding mental health.”

MBS’ first issue is out now, and Denise has lots of other plans in place for magazine’s readers.

“We’re just setting up an online discussion forum and working on the first vlogs to help with fitness and healthy eating, and we’ll be interviewing a number of people as well.”

The project plan would involves creating an online presence for MBS, such as:

  • Social Media
  • E-newsletters
  • Work with other organisations
  • Create suitable workshops for the participants

“We want to shine a light of positivity and help people whatever their situation,” added Denise.
