South Wales Police is continuing to appeal for information after a serious Road Traffic Collision which occurred at 5pm on 20 September on the north bound carriageway of the A4067 Ffordd Cwm Tawe, near to the Cwm Level Road roundabout, Plasmarl, Swansea.
A 60 year old woman pedestrian was in collision with a blue Ford Kuga as she was crossing the carriageway. She was initially taken to Morriston Hospital Swansea but transferred to the University Hospital Wales, Cardiff, where she remains in a critical condition.
The driver of the Ford Kuga, a 38-year-old man was arrested and has been released under investigation.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident, has dash-cam footage or may have witnessed the manner of driving of the Ford Kuga prior to the collision are asked to contact South Wales Police on 101 quoting occurrence 2000344867.
