With the latest announcement of a “fire-break” lockdown forecast for Wales, Welsh residents will be reverting back to working from home once again.

Moneypenny carried out a new survey, the findings have shown how Welsh office workers feel about working from home again, what they miss about the office, and what is most appreciated whilst working from home.

The key findings are:

  • 44% of Welsh office workers are happy to work from home for as long as needed.
  • 31% of Welsh employees are happy to work from home, but do miss the office.
  • 11% are finding working from home increasingly difficult.
  • Wales workers state their comfortable ‘dress code’, pets, garden, and a fully stocked fridge is what is most enjoyed about working from home.
