The new fresh pasta delivery service launched in the UK on 30 September, promising to bring the simplicity and beauty of classic Italian pasta dishes, delivered direct to you through your letterbox.

Combining the tradition of Italian cuisine with the modernity of a technology, EKOOK uses the best produce from Italian artisans to create a menu that transports you to your favourite Italian trattoria featuring classic dishes from Rome to Sardinia.

Your EKOOK experience begins visiting the website where you can decide what flavours of Italy you’re in the mood for. Choose from a Tonnarello Cacio e Pepe and Black Truffle or Rigatone alla Gricia, Artichokes, Pecorino – classic Roman dishes, or familiar favourites like Tagliatelle Bolognese, Parmesan originating from Bologna in the Emilia-Romagna region. All the dishes are made with ingredients that are fresh and delivered daily direct from farmers in Italy. There’s also an opportunity to expand your knowledge of Italian pasta varieties and experiment with gnocchi, ravioli and lesser-known styles like strozzapreti, all within the comfort of your own home.

Once ordered, your EKOOK fresh pasta and ingredients are sent to you next-day delivery (orders must be placed by 3pm the previous day) and delivered through your letterbox in eco-friendly packaging, without any contact, across the UK.

Inside your EKOOK box you will find two QR codes: one will open into a video tutorial guiding you on how to best prepare and serve your pasta dish in the traditional style. The second provides a link to a playlist curated to enhance your dining experience, pairing sound to your palate for a full sensory experience. There are no subscription costs, no extra fees – delivery is nationwide and costs £3.50 or is free for orders above £25. EKOOK pasta can be frozen for up to 3 months reducing potential waste. EKOOK accepts all payment methods including Amex and Cryptocurrency.
