PEN CSW (Public Enquiry Now Children’s Services Wales) are marching from city hall to the Senedd to mark the International Day of the Child (Friday 20th November).
PEN CSW will call for a police enquiry into children’s services in Wales and participants will wheel empty prams along the route as a visual metaphor to highlight the heartache they face living without their child/children.
An open-air vigil and speeches will then take place at the Senedd shortly after the march.
This Friday’s march and vigil is organised by Neil McEvoy MS’s office.
