Millions Joined the Global Switch Off – Did you?

On Saturday night, a record-breaking 172 countries and territories, and millions of people worldwide celebrated our brilliant planet and switched off for Earth Hour.

Globally, over 1,400 iconic landmarks took part, including big UK landmarks like St Paul’s, London and Tower Bridge, the Kelpies in Scotland, Edinburgh Castle and Caerphilly Castle. With celebrations in cities from Japan and Fiji, to South Africa and the USA – it was truly a global celebration!
