The National Botanic Garden of Wales is throwing open its doors in honour of the Royal Horticultural Society’s National Gardening Week.

There will be free entry for all on Wednesday April 15th as well as talks by the Botanic Garden’s Curator Simon Goodenough.

Said Simon: “This is an excellent opportunity for people who haven’t been to the Garden or haven’t been for a while to reacquaint themselves. Spring has truly sprung here and there is much to interest both the casual observer and the keen plantsman. Especially of interest at the moment is the Mediterranean spring we are witnessing in Lord Foster’s Great Glasshouse.”

Simon’s talks will be at 12 noon and 2pm.
