On December 5, 2020 an investigation commenced into the tragic death of Jacqueline Reynolds, of Llandysul, Ceredigion.
Her partner David Phillips was reported missing on the same date and an extensive search was carried out.
On January 31, 2021, Mr Phillips was located deceased in the Henllan area of Ceredigion.
The two deaths have been referred to Her Majesty’s Coroner. Neither death is being treated as suspicious.
