My daughter is a probation officer in Llanelli, she is 31, a single parent with a boy who is 7 now and does not believe in ghosts.

When her son was 3, they had just moved into this old house in Ammanford and he used to get up at around 5am to go into bed with her. Both bedrooms were next to one another and the doors were always open.

This was like clockwork and my daughter would wake up at this time ready for him to get into bed with her. However, one morning when she woke up and saw her son standing there in the doorway, there was a mysterious figure of a man standing next to him.  The mysterious figure also had his hand on her son’s shoulder!

My daughter screamed at her son to run at her because she thought at first it was a man who had broken into the house but her son just stood there. Then this figure just disappeared and her son ran into bed with her as if nothing had happened.

My daughter phoned me up that morning in a state of shock, she just could not get over what she saw!
