We’ve trawled the internet looking for Llanelli Ghosts and have found the following strange cases.
Howell Thomas , Llanelli
Stradey Woods, is one weird place there are a lot of stories, but what not many people know is there are coal mines running through the cliffs and underground throughout Stradey Woods.
There is one entrance still open not so far in, on the other side of the river on a corner that is where me and some mates seen a blob of white fog which seemed to be 25 feet into the dark entrance we watched it for 1 min and then it started moving out towards us.
That is when we ran, weird thing is 2 years later I thought it would be funny to take a date up there only to see the same thing again but this time I ran and she was left behind trying to get her heels off.

The spookiest place in the world is Stradey Woods in Llanelli. A friend of mine was once camping in the woods with two friends and they decided to walk to the nearest shop.
So they started walking down the very quiet road on the outside of the woods, the Trimsaran-Llanelli road. As they were walking my friend looked up and saw a runner coming towards them in very old fashioned running clothes, but they thought nothing of it until 10 seconds later the runner ran straight through him (which the other two witnessed) and when all three turned round they simply saw a flash of white light continuing up the road. They were later told that a runner has been killed on that road by a car in the 1930’s.

Me and a few friends decided to go to Stradey Woods one night. As we walked though the woods we [saw] four ropes hanging from one tree which were all different lengths, but…all the lengths were put into our height comparisons, with a chilling feeling the closer you got, then we all ran like mad.
