New Year – New You Â
A new Lifestyle Adviser service is available for people in and around Tumble, which will help people to make positive changes to their lifestyle and improve their health and wellbeing.
Lifestyle Advisers are available once a week to meet people face to face in a friendly environment. The service is aimed at people who want to eat healthier, give up smoking, drink less alcohol or exercise more. This service is not suitable for people who are already seeing their doctor or nurse regularly for long term conditions, such as diabetes or asthma.
A Lifestyle Adviser says that ‘This service offers a great opportunity for people who are looking to make changes and they will be able to get support and encouragement to make healthier choices in their lives’.
Lifestyle Adviser sessions are based at Tumble Hall every Tuesday.
To book an appointment or for further information, please contact Helen Sullivan or Sue O’Rourke, Lifestyle Adviser Team, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm Tel: 01792 776252.
