Fit 4 Fun Recipe of the Month “Fruit Kebab”
Fit 4 Fun believe it’s important to involve children as much as possible in cooking daily meals and the aim of these recipes is to get all the family into the kitchen to prepare some healthy and nutritious dishes, which everyone can enjoy!
What you need (Pancakes)
- Fruit of your choice (but ones which aren’t too soft)—e.g. strawberries, bananas, grapes, apples, kiwis, melons, mango, water   melon
- Chocolate (optional)

To Serve
- Fruit of your choice e.g. bananas, strawberries

Equipment
- Knife
- Chopping board
- Saucepan
- Spoon
- Skewers
What you do
1.   Cut the fruits into rough shapes.
2.    Thread the fruits through the skewers.
3.    Chocolate (optional) – melt in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water.
4.    Drizzle chocolate over the fruit.
5.    Chill in fridge until required.

Take care! Make sure an adult helps when using the knife and melting the chocolate
