Greyhound Rescue Anniversary
On Saturday 26 March from 11-3pm the Greyhound Rescue Wales charity shop in Station Road,Burry Port is holding a ‘£1 save a Hound’ Day to celebrate the 1st Anniversary of the shop opening. There will be lots of bargains and a raffle. Dogs are very welcome.
Probus Club
The Burry Port and Pembrey Probus Club hold their meetings on the first Wednesday of every month at the Ashburnham Hotel.
Legion Entertainment
The Royal British Legion Club presents, on Saturday 26 March a show featuring male vocalist Reo. Doors open 7pm. Entrance for members and guests £3. Bingo last books 7.50pm.
A coffee and bingo evening will be held on Monday 28 March in the Royal British Legion Headquarters. Entrance 40p members and guests. Bingo last books 8.20pm.

Folk Club
Following the success of the opening night the next folk club meeting will be on Monday March 28 at 7.30pm at the Coasting Pilot,Bridge Street. This is an “open mic” acoustic night and we invite singers, instrumentalists, poetry readings, stories etc. and those who wish to sit back and enjoy.
