Communities First Bigyn 4 news (we 27th March 11)

Over 50s

We are working in partnership with Age Concern and set up a weekly group for over 50’s. The Befriending Circles group will be meeting every Wednesday between 1:30-3pm. Come along for a coffee, cake and company. It is open to the whole of Llanelli.

Health Visitor

The local health visitor will be at Communities First Bigyn 4 offices on Friday the 1st of April between 10am – 11am, there is no need to book an appointment. If you have any questions feel free to come along

Coffee with a copper

Do you have any anti social behavior issues which you’d like to discuss with the Police? Then come along to a ‘Coffee with a Copper’ on Tuesday the 5th of April between 3pm – 4pm. Anything shared will be strictly confidential and will be an opportunity for you to discuss any local issues with the PCSO.

Food Co-op

The Food Co-op are taking orders every Wednesday afternoon between 3pm – 4pm.  The fruit and locally grown vegetables are £3 a bag, and must be ordered and paid for a week in advance. If you are interested in volunteering on the Food Co-op project by taking orders, delivering the produce and promoting the scheme, please contact us.

Sign Language

The successful sign language course is still running, and the next class is on Thursday the 7th of April between 1pm – 3pm. The class is free and is open to everyone, at all levels. You don’t have to have any previous sign language experience.
