Businesses asked to take on Welsh-speaking students for summer work

GO Wales is looking for businesses who can offer summer work experience opportunities to students.

The Bangor University-based recruitment and careers service is eager to hear from local businesses who have the ability to offer short-term work experience opportunities through the medium of Welsh.

By taking part in the scheme, businesses will receive:

  • up to £95 per week towards the weekly wage
  • a 6-10 week project completed
  • a chance to see if the company can benefit permanently from graduate skills

To find out what kind of work is suitable, or for more information contact Elinor Churchill or Becky Ryan on 01248 383 586 or email gowales@bangor.ac.uk
