Nordic Walking Taster
Free Nordic walking taster sessions will be held on Saturday 18th June at the Wetlands Centre,Llanelli.
There will be two sessions at 11am and 2pm with trained instructors for people of all abilities and Nordic poles will be provided.
Please wear suitable walking clothing and shoes. Although sessions are free admission to the Wetlands will be charged.
