Smoothie Making session

On August 22nd a smoothie making session took place in the Community of Christ Church, Trostre Road. This was a FREE, fun 2 hour session organised by Communities First Bigyn 4 .

During the session, the children learnt about healthier eating and healthier lifestyles, they were introduced to new fruits and invented their own recipes and made their own smoothies, they also made new friends!!!

This was one of the many health and wellbeing activities organised by the Communities first staff during the summer holidays.

This smoothie making session was a great success and was well attended by 13 children.
