Sign Language

The next intermediate Sign Language class will take place on the 22nd September at the Community of Christ Church next to the New Dock Stars Rugby club from 1pm-3pm. Come along and learn a fantastic skill, meet new people and have some fun.

Over 50s

The over 50’s Befriending Circle group is going from strength to strength. The group meet every other Tuesday between 1:30-3pm at the Community of Christ Church. Come along for a cuppa and good company. It is open to the whole of Llanelli.

Play Bus

Do you have children between 0 – 10 years? Are you looking for somewhere to go? Come along to the FREE Dragon Bus at Penyfan Park car park every Wednesday between 10am – 12pm and 1pm – 3pm. The bus has play activities for children, sand, painting, art and craft, home corner, toys, books, music and signing. Have a cuppa and enjoy yourselves! All children must be with a parent/carer. Everyone welcome.

Welsh Classes

Communities First Bigyn 4 are working in partnership with Swansea University and Menter Cwm Gwendraeth and will be running Cymraeg yn y Gweithle 2 which will commence on 20th September at the Community of Christ Church. The free classes are open to all Bigyn residents and will be running every Tuesday for 30 weeks. Attendees who wish to attend don’t have to have completed Cymraeg yn y Gweithle 1, but must have previous experience of attending Welsh language classes or have an understanding of the language.
