Cooking Demonstration

 

You are warmly welcomed to come and join Llanelli’s Befriending Group meeting on Tuesday 18th October.

 

This week it will feature an Indian cooking Demonstration by the Llanelli Multicultural Network.

Apart from watching the food being prepared, everybody will be invited to join us to enjoy the meal together.

A great chance to make new friends.

The demonstration will focus on

• How to cook using local fresh ingredients

• Nutritional food on a budget

• How to batch cook and freeze meals(ideal for people on their own or small and busy families)

• Understanding the health benefits of the ingredients

• Have fun with food.
