Communities First Bigyn 4 Latest News

The over 50’s Llanelli Befriending Circle are meeting on Tuesday 1st November at the Community of Christ Church, next to the New Dock Stars from 1:30 – 3pm. There will be a talk from the local Police and an opportunity to plan the activities for the next six weeks. Get in touch with Amanda on 01554 785955 if you’d like to come along.

 

FREE sign language classes will begin from November 6:30 – 8 at the Community of Christ Church, Trostre Road. Please get in touch on 01554785955 if you are interested in attending.

Communities First Bigyn 4 are working in partnership with Swansea University and Menter Cwm Gwendraeth and will be running Cymraeg yn y Gweithle 2 which commenced in September at the Community of Christ Church. The free classes are open to all Bigyn residents and will be running every Tuesday for 30 weeks. Attendees who wish to attend don’t have to have completed Cymraeg yn y Gweithle 1, but must have previous experience of attending Welsh language classes or have an understanding of the language. Come and join in it’s not too late to attend!!!

Do you have children between 0 – 10 years? Are you looking for somewhere to go? Come along to the FREE Dragon Bus at Penyfan Park car park every Wednesday between 10am – 12pm and 1pm – 3pm. The bus has play activities for children, sand, painting, art and craft, home corner, toys, books, music and signing. Have a cuppa and enjoy yourselves! All children must be with a parent/carer. Everyone welcome.
