Living Life to the Full
DO you want to find out what Roy Noble of BBC Wales thinks about the over 50s getting online?
Do you want to take an electric car for a spin?
Â
Carmarthenshire 50+ Forum has organised an event on Living Life to the Full with Roy Noble at Parc y Scarlets on Friday November 18.
Kick-off is at 10.30am and the event will finish at 2.30pm.
There will be a wide range of information available, including alternative energy, consumer advice, energy conservation, allotments, community education and entitlements.
The 50+ Forum is offering a range of taster sessions which can be booked on the day. You can develop your own programme of activities to suit you.
One of the tasters is a chance to have a quick spin around the car park in one of Carmarthenshire County Council’s electric cars?
Attend on the day and benefit from ‘two for the price of one’ tickets for a specified rugby match.
50+ Champion Cllr Kevin Madge said: “I would encourage as many people aged 50 and over as possible to come to what will be a very informative and enjoyable day.
“There will be plenty of ideas on how to live life to the full.”
To book your place, print out and complete a coupon from the Carmarthenshire County Council website, phone 01267 234567 or email 50+forum@carmarthenshire.gov.uk
