A Christmas message from Glanymor and Tyisha History Group
Members of the Glanymor & Tyisha History Group would like to wish everyone, especially our many supporters, a Very Merry Christmas and Happy and Healthy New Year.
It has been another eventful year for the history group and the publication of A People’s History: Glanymor & Tyisha Number 8 was the icing on the cake. We are delighted that member Terry Thomas has published his own book entitled Local Memories. Both books make ideal Christmas Presents or ‘Stocking Fillers’ for family, friends and acquaintances.
Again we would like to thank all our many supporters and look forward to their continued support in 2012.
We would also like to thank Dock Post Office, New Dock Road, Ann Street Post Office, Barrie Lewis Toy Stall in the Indoor Market, Communities First Office in Inkerman Street and Dragon Books in the Stepney Street Arcade, for supporting us and selling both books.
A People’s History: Glanymor & Tyisha Number 8 is also available from Tyisha Stores and Eleanor’s Hairdresser, Marine Street, Seaside.
