A fantastic opportunity to build strong team relationships, work on improving your planning, practice problem solving or just enjoy the ride!

This five stage race involves GPS orienteering, cycling, problem solving, kayaking. The team that wins and earns the 2012 RRR trophy will be the team that completes all five stages in the shortest cumulative time.

STAGE OVERVIEW

1) GPS navigation through Pembrey Parkred rock home made boat

2) Cycling and problem solving

3) Night stealth exercise

4) Use equipment earned to build a kayak

5) Complete a water exercise with the team kayak

OUR AIM

Red Rock International is a leadership and team development company that is devoted to developing people. In the captains briefing before the race we will give you training on how to run an effective review of your teams performance and booklets for your team to fill in to get the most learning out of the race.
