Cyngor 50+ Advice : Drop-in and Advice Sessions Calendar
Please note that Shelter Cymru is only available at the venues on the dates and times stated and venue staff cannot deal with enquiries about the service.
All sessions are 10.00 am to 1.00 pm except Llandeilo Fawr (9.00 am to 12.00 noon). All venues have disabled parking and are wheelchair accessible. Some venues do not have staff or a reception area so blind and visually impaired people may wish to ring to make an appointment to ensure they are greeted.
Ammanford: First and third Tuesdays. Appointment only. Please ring 01267 225935/6 to arrange a time. Swn-y-Gwynt Resource Centre, Tir-a-Dail Lane, Ammanford SA31 3AS. First and third Tuesdays. Off-street parking including disabled parking to front of building. Please press buzzer and staff will direct you.
Burry Port:Â Fourth Wednesdays. Drop-in. The Leslie Griffiths Centre, Burry Port Methodist Church, Burry Port. Off-street parking including disabled parking. Wide ramp and rail to main door. Our room is across the lobby.
Carmarthen:Â First and third Fridays. Drop-in. Workways, Penuel Street, Carmarthen SA31 1NH. First and third Fridays. Off-street parking including disabled parking to front. Ramp and rail to main door. Please follow signs if no-one about.
Llandeilo Fawr: Second and fourth Fridays. Drop-in. Civic Hall, Crescent Road, Llandeilo SA19 6HW. Second and fourth Fridays. On street disabled parking in front of hall (public car park opposite). Please go through lobby to rear of main hall.
Llandovery: First Thursdays. Drop-in. YMCA, Gerwyn House, Market Square, Llandovery SA20 0AB. Parking and disabled access at rear via Garden Lane (off Stone Street). Please follow signs if no-one about.
Llanybydder:Â Second Thursdays. Drop-in. Cwm Aur, Heol Y Dderi, Glanduar, Llanybydder SA40 9AB. Disabled parking to front. Please go to reception.
Pontwelly:Â Fourth Thursdays. Drop-in. Y Pwerdy/Powerhouse, Chapel Street, Pontwelly SA44 4AH. Parking in street. Ramp to entrance. Please press buzzer if door not open.
Whitland: First and third Mondays (except Bank Holidays). Drop-in. The Town Hall, junction of King Edward Street and Cross Street, Whitland SA34 0AA. Entrance in Cross Street. Free public car park to rear. Ramp and rail to entrance. Room is on right hand side of lobby.
