Free course for people with severe breathing difficulties in Tumble
People with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) or severe breathlessness are being encouraged to attend a new free course starting in Tumble Hall, Llanelli on Wednesday 15 August.
Run by Education Programmes for Patients (EPP) Cymru, the Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Self Management for Life course aims to give individuals the confidence to self manage their health, while encouraging them to work collaboratively with health and social care professionals.
Topics include dealing with pain, tiredness and feelings of low mood, relaxation techniques and exercise, healthy eating and planning for the future.
