Mencap are looking to recruit a Facilitator to work with participants of our projects in Carmarthenshire who have learning disabilities or other support needs.
We support people, through a range of work-related activities, to progress into paid employment or to gain skills and experiences. We have gardening and land-based projects and the successful candidate will need to have the interest and ability to work in these outdoor settings. You will work as part of a team and the role will include job coaching, training and transporting people when necessary in your own vehicle.
Facilitator
£15,421 37.5 hours per week
This will initially be a fixed term post for twelve months. The ability to speak Welsh would be desirable.
This post requires an enhanced CRB check.
