Fire crews from Llanelli attended a flat fire in Llwynhendy on Wednesday.
The fire was contained to the front room. 2 breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel jet, 1 thermal image camera, small gear and a short extension ladder were in use.
Police and ambulance were in attendance. Two occupants received oxygen therapy for smoke inhalation. Crews carried out a hot strike at the property.
