A local children’s nurse has set up a company that aims to offer baby massages. Rubba-bubba baby massage is run by Tash Hughes who is a registered Children’s nurse (RCBN) from Llanelli.
Tash set up Rubba Bubba because being a nurse, she wanted to see happy healthy babies.
Tash told us:
“Baby massage is fun, social and a wonderful activity to learn with your baby. It also has many benefits for parent and baby too!”
“It can be a ‘life saver’ for COLIC & painful wind, relaxation also improves sleep quality & settling independently and much more.”
“We also offer small classes to guarantee individual support.”
The courses, which run over 5 weeks in Llangennech community centre are suitable for 8 weeks to pre-crawlers. Tea and toast, oil, mats, music, handouts all provided free of charge.
