Llanelli Music Scene exists for the promotion of local live music and we are excited to be launching our first ‘Band of the Month’ live music event!
It’s being held on Saturday 30th March 2013 at the Kilkenny Cat pub , Llanelli. We plan that this night will be the first in a long line of live music events aimed at promoting the local talent.
We will choose one band, duo, or solo artist each month (who stands a cut above the rest) to headline a live music night each in an event in a local venue in Llanelli .
Each month our ‘band of the month’ will be offered the chance to have their ‘band of the Month ‘ live set filmed and the band will have a feature on the Your Llanelli online community news website.
Bands, duos, solo artists etc will be chosen to play each month by representatives of Llanelli Music Scene.
For the Launch night on Saturday 30th March, three local bands have been confirmed so far. These bands are (ASD) A Sudden Disturbance, ZooKeepers and Stand Up and Shout
